1. I reserve the right to refuse a commission, though I wouldn't without a good reason.

1. I accept payment via a PayPal invoice that I send to you via email.

2. If you know me personally I can accept payment via bank transfer or cash, and will provide a receipt.

3. I can send a concept or rough sketch as part of the discussion process, however, payment must be made in full before I formally start the work.

4. I don't do refunds if a project has been started. If you have an issue during the commission process, please let me know ASAP and we can possibly work out a partial refund.

5. If you don't want me to post your commission, or don't want me to post before a certain date, please let me know before I start the commission - it may affect my willingness to take on the project!

6. I don't work within strict deadlines, but please let me know if you have a rough deadline and we can discuss.

7. My turnaround time varies dramatically depending on my schedule and mental wellbeing, but I always do my best! If you haven't heard from me in a little while or want to see the latest WIP, please don't hesitate to send me a message.

8. I don't do rush fees, and while I do stick to a rough queue, I often work on multiple projects at once, and may not finish them in the order of the queue. 

9. Please let me know of any changes during the commission process ASAP - Don't be afraid to tell me if I've not drawn something right!

10. You may not use the finished commission to profit in any way (eg. to sell prints).
    
    

11. Please keep in mind that my style is always improving, and it might not always look exactly how it did on an earlier piece. Do let me know if there are any specific elements of my style/older works that you like in particular!

12. Please credit me (CrepeThePancake) when sharing the finished artwork! :)
